The Artisan Oil Paints are water mixable and have been formulated to perform and appear exactly like traditional oil paints. The Artisan range includes forty colours and a selection of 11 specialised solvents, oils, varnishes and mediums.

Artists can benefit from a healthier painting workspace as harmful solvents are not used in their manufacture, making them very suitable for schools, painting in the home or artists which share a work-space with other people.

All Artisan paints are manufactured with modified safflower and linseed oil and can be mixed with traditional oil paints. They have smooth consistency and the carefully selected pigments which are used in their manufacture ensure a suitable depth of colour for each paint in the range. They been specifically formulated to be worked in the same way as other rapid drying oil based paints, this enables artists to achieve all the oil painting techniques which are possible with conventional oils.
